Today is a sad day for me and my fellow workers. Ed Pickett, the CEO/founder of our small start-up company, passed away last night due to some sort of flu-like illness. He was a dedicated, hard-working, caring man. He will be truly missed by us all.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his Family.

While spell checking the word Aspiration I learned it actually has more than one meaning, two of which could apply to One's blog:

1. Expulsion of breath in speech.

2. a) A strong desire for high achievement.
b) A object of such desire; an ambition.
